Boby Varghese

Boby Varghese is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of SE-Mentor Solutions.

Boby Varghese is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of SE-Mentor Solutions, a company focused on software quality engineering, independent testing, and software engineering consulting. With more than two decades of experience in the software industry, he has built SE-Mentor into a trusted partner for technology companies seeking reliable, scalable, and high-quality software systems.

Since founding SE-Mentor in 2007, Boby has led the company with a strong focus on independent testing, test automation, and disciplined engineering practices. His work has helped organizations strengthen product quality, improve development processes, and deliver complex technology platforms with greater reliability.

Boby brings deep expertise in object-oriented analysis and design, requirements management, service-oriented architecture, and Unified Modeling Language (UML). An IBM-certified consultant and instructor, he has conducted numerous consulting and training engagements in software engineering methodologies.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from LBS College of Engineering, Kasaragod.

Dilip K. Varma is the Managing Director of SE-Mentor Solutions with more than two decades of experience in software development, configuration management, and quality engineering practices. He plays a key role in guiding SE-Mentor’s consulting and training initiatives, helping organizations adopt structured engineering processes and modern software quality practices.

Dilip specializes in software configuration and change management, requirements management, and software testing methodologies. His consulting work has supported engineering teams in implementing disciplined development environments using tools such as IBM Rational ClearCase, ClearQuest, RequisitePro, and Rational Test Manager. He also brings deep experience in test automation and development practices such as test-driven development and continuous integration.

He holds a Master of Computer Applications from Bharathidasan University and is certified in IBM Rational ClearCase Administration.

Nandakumar Sreedhar

Nandakumar Sreedhar is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of SE-Mentor Solutions.

Nandakumar Sreedhar is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of SE-Mentor Solutions, where he leads the company’s technology strategy and consulting initiatives in software quality engineering and enterprise testing practices. With more than two decades of experience in software engineering, he has worked extensively with global organizations to strengthen their testing frameworks, requirements management processes, and engineering discipline.

Nandakumar is an IBM-certified Rational consultant and instructor with deep expertise in functional testing, performance testing, and requirements management. Over the years, he has guided development and QA teams in adopting structured engineering methodologies and modern testing practices across complex enterprise environments.

Nandakumar holds an MBA in Information Technology from ICFAI and multiple IBM certifications, including Rational Requirements Composer and Rational Quality Manager.

With nearly two decades of experience in software testing and engineering services, he has played an important role in expanding SE-Mentor’s consulting capabilities and building long-term client relationships.

Sarath focuses on helping organizations improve software reliability through structured testing frameworks, automation strategies, and deep system-level analysis. His approach emphasizes understanding the architecture and operational context of applications to identify quality risks early and improve overall system stability.

Sarath holds a Master’s degree in Electronics from Jai Bharath Arts and Science College and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics from Ilahia College of Arts and Science. He is also an IBM Certified Solution Designer for Rational Functional Tester.
